Lobby Re-Opening Plans

 

We are happy to announce that starting on June 8, we will re-open our lobbies in Marion, Hiawatha and Van Buren Village.

Lobbies Will Open at:
  • 8:30 a.m. for Customers 60+ Monday - Friday
  • 9:00 a.m. for the General Public Monday – Saturday

In-person appointments are still encouraged at all branches whenever possible and can be made by calling 319-377-4891. Our drive-up locations will remain open as usual.

 

For Your Safety and Ours:
  • FSB employees will wear a face mask
  • We have installed protective shields at all Teller windows and at other customer-focused desks
  • Frequently touched surfaces will be disinfected throughout the day
  • Employees will continue to wash their hands frequently and use hand sanitizer between hand washing
 

FSB Lobby Guidelines

  • Please wear a mask. Forgot yours? We can provide one.
  • Stay 6 feet from others (see floor markers).
  • Exit after your transaction.
  • If you aren’t feeling well or have any symptoms, please return home and bank remotely.

Ways to Bank Remotely

If you don't have internet access, please feel free to call us at 319-377-4891 (or toll free at 888-461-0821) with any banking-related need (e.g. transferring money between your FSB accounts, checking to see if a deposit has been made, etc.).

 

Online Banking and Bill Pay

To sign up for Bill Pay* simply log in to your Online Banking account and click on the checking account you wish to pay bills from, then select Pay My Bills.
