Mobile App FAQs

Mobile Deposit Instructions:

• Log in to the FSB Now mobile banking app
• Endorse the check with your signature and write "For Mobile Deposit Only" underneath your signature
• Select "Deposit" at the bottom of your app, then select "Deposit Check"
• Select the account you'd like the check to be deposited in and enter the amount on the check
• The app will instruct you to take a picture of both the front and back of the check
• The app will then ask you if you wish to deposit the check or not, select "Yes"
• The app will display the status of the deposited check Pending, Accepted or Failed
