What is Online Banking, and how does it work?

FSB's Online Banking gives you 24/7 access to your accounts from any device with internet access. Check balances, transfer funds, pay bills, view statements, and manage your finances at no cost.

How much does Online Banking cost?

+

Online Banking is free for all FSB customers.

Which accounts are accessible through Online Banking?

+

You can access checking accounts, savings accounts, loans, CDs, and FSB loan information. View FSB's personal banking options.

Will all my accounts still show after the refresh?

+

Yes. Accounts that were previously visible before the refresh should remain available. If an account you expected to see is missing, contact FSB so we can review your account access.

Why can't I see all my accounts?

+

If an account is missing, contact FSB and a representative will look into it.

How far back can I view transactions?

+

Online Banking displays up to two years of transaction history. Check images are available for up to six years.

Will account nicknames carry over?

+

Yes. Account nicknames that were previously added to FSB accounts should carry over.

Can I access Online Banking from multiple devices at the same time?

+

Yes. Sessions time out automatically after 20 minutes of inactivity for security.

Can I find my loan payoff amount online?

+

Online Banking shows an approximate payoff amount. Contact your banker for the exact figure.

How do I log in after the platform update?

+

Go to myfsbonline.onlinebank.com/signin.aspx, enter your username and password, then verify your identity with a one-time passcode sent by call, text, or email.

Do I need to update my saved bookmark?

+

Yes. The Online Banking URL changed with the platform update. Bookmark myfsbonline.onlinebank.com/signin.aspx for future logins.

Will I need a one-time passcode every time I log in?

+

No. The system reviews factors such as your device, location, and login behavior before deciding whether to ask for a one-time passcode.

Can I use an authenticator app instead of a one-time passcode?

+

No. One-time passcodes are currently delivered by call, text, or email using the contact information on file with FSB.

What happened to security questions?

+

Security questions were replaced by the one-time passcode process.

Will FSB ever ask me for my one-time passcode?

+

No. FSB will never ask you to share your one-time passcode. Do not share it with anyone. If you receive a request for your code, call (319) 377-4891 immediately.

What should I do if I receive a one-time passcode I didn't request?

+

Call FSB immediately at (319) 377-4891.

How do I change my password?

+

Click your name in the upper right corner to open your Profile, then navigate to Security settings. Passwords must be 12 to 32 characters and include a lowercase letter, uppercase letter, number, and special character.

What if I don't have access to the phone number or email on file?

+

Call FSB at (319) 377-4891 and a representative can help update your contact information.

What are the transfer limits?

+

Transfers are limited to the available balance in your accounts. Additional limits may apply to certain account types.

Can I cancel a confirmed transfer?

+

Transfers cannot be canceled once confirmed. If you used the Scheduled Transfer feature, you can modify or cancel future-dated transfers from within that section.

What should I do if I think someone accessed my account without permission?

+

Call our Customer Service Center immediately at (319) 377-4891.

What are the Bill Pay fees?

+

Bill Pay is free when you make at least one payment per month. A $3 inactivity fee applies in any month with no bill payment activity.

Will my bill pay payees and scheduled payments carry over?

+

Yes. Bill Pay payees and scheduled bill payments migrated with the platform update.

How do I enable external transfers to another bank?

+

Existing external linked accounts migrated with the platform update. To add a new external account, log in to Online Banking on a desktop browser and accept the terms and conditions first. Then go to Transfer & Pay, select External Transfer, and follow the prompts.

Can I change an existing recurring transfer?

+

Active recurring transfers should continue as scheduled. If you need to change an existing recurring transfer, delete the old transfer and create a new one.

Where do I find my tax documents?

+

Click your name in the upper right corner to open your Profile, then navigate to the Documents tab.

Will my eStatement preferences and past eStatements carry over?

+

Yes. Paperless statement preferences should carry over, and customers should maintain access to 18 months of previous eStatements.

Can I export account data to QuickBooks® or Quicken®?

+

Yes. Select your account, click Download, choose your date range, select your format, and download your transactions.

What if Quicken, QuickBooks, Mint, or another financial app is not connecting?

+

You may need to reconnect your FSB accounts using the product-specific connection instructions in your financial app. If you continue to have issues, contact FSB for help.

How quickly can I view a check image?

+

Most check images are available the next business day. Checks in pending status are accessible after posting. Images remain available for up to six years.

How do I sign up for Bill Pay?

+

Log in to Online Banking, go to Transfer & Pay, and select Pay Bills. Follow the enrollment prompts, then add your payees. Contact FSB if you run into any issues.

Will I be able to access my credit card information after the digital refresh?

+

No. Credit card activity is still managed through TCM. Call 800-883-0131 or visit mycardstatement.com.

"We are unable to log you in. Try again, or contact customer support."

+

Your username or password may be incorrect. Both are case-sensitive. Select Forgot Password on the login screen to reset your password. For username help, contact FSB.

"Your account has been disabled. Please contact your financial institution."

+

Your account has been locked after multiple incorrect login attempts. Call (319) 377-4891 to have your account re-enabled.

"There are not enough funds available to complete this transaction."

+

The transfer amount exceeds your available balance. Your balance may include funds not yet available. Contact FSB for clarification.

What should I do if the page does not load correctly?

+

Try clearing your browser cache or switching to a different browser. If the issue continues, call (319) 377-4891.

"Transaction did not complete: A security error has occurred. Online Session has expired."

+

This can happen if you double-clicked a link or used browser navigation buttons during a session. Return to the login page and log in again.

What are FSB's digital banking support hours?

FSB's Customer Service Center is available from 8 a.m. to 5 p.m. Monday through Friday and from 8 a.m. to noon on Saturday. Call (319) 377-4891 for help.
