FSB's wire transfer service gives your business a fast and secure way to move funds domestically and internationally. Wire requests can now be submitted directly through Business Online Banking. FSB still verifies each wire with a callback before processing.

A wire transfer agreement must be on file with FSB before any transfers can be initiated. A token device is required for wire access in online banking. Submit an online request form to get started.

Submitting Wire Requests Through Online Banking

Once wire access is added to your account, use the Wires tab in Business Online Banking to submit requests, manage payees, and view your wire history.

Contact Kallie to confirm your setup

Verify your wire agreement is on file and request wire access. A token device is required, and Kallie can help with this if you do not have one.

Log in to Business Online Banking

Access the platform at myfsbonline.com using your username and password.

Set up your wire payees

Go to Wires > Wire Payees and add each recipient before initiating your first transfer. Payee records save for reuse.

Select a wire type and complete the details

Choose Single Wire, Multiple Wires domestic only, One-Time Wire domestic only, or Recurring Wire. Enter the amount, date, and beneficiary information.

Submit and wait for FSB's callback

FSB contacts you to verify the wire before processing. This step applies whether you submit online or by phone. Wire transfers are final and cannot be recalled after submission.

Receiving a Wire Transfer

Provide the sender with these details to receive a wire into your FSB account:

  1. FSB Routing Number: 073911676
  2. Bank Name & Address: Farmers State Bank, 1240 8th Avenue, Marion, IA 52302
  3. Your FSB Account Number
  4. Account Holder Name & Address
  5. SWIFT Code, international only: BBWIUS44

Sending a Wire Transfer

Provide these details when submitting a wire through online banking or by contacting FSB:

  1. Wire transfer agreement on file with FSB
  2. Total amount to transfer
  3. Sender's Information: Name, address, and FSB account number
  4. Recipient's Information: Name, address, and account number
  5. Recipient's Bank Information: Name, address, and ABA routing number or SWIFT code for international
  6. Purpose of transfer, required for international wires

Processing Schedule

Wire transfers are processed Monday through Friday, excluding Federal Reserve holidays.

Domestic Outgoing 8:00 AM – 4:30 PM
International Outgoing 8:00 AM – 3:30 PM
Incoming Wire Transfers Wires received before 4:30 PM are processed the same business day

Wire transfers initiated before the cutoff are processed the same business day. Delivery to the recipient's bank typically takes one to three business days. View the holiday schedule for dates when wire processing is unavailable.

Frequently Asked Questions

Does FSB still call to verify wires if I submit online?

Yes. FSB verifies every outgoing wire with a callback before processing, whether the request is submitted through online banking or by phone. This verification step does not change with online wire access.

What do I need before I can submit wires through online banking?

You need a wire transfer agreement on file with FSB and a token device for your online banking account. Wire access is not added automatically, contact Kallie Herink at 319-730-6958 to get it set up.

Can I submit international wire requests through online banking?

Yes. International wire payees can be set up in online banking. International wires have an earlier cutoff of 3:30 PM and require a stated purpose for the transfer. Additional limitations apply, contact Kallie Herink for details specific to your situation.

Can I cancel a wire after submitting it?

Wire transfers are final and cannot be recalled or reversed after FSB processes them. You can cancel a pending wire in online banking before it processes. If a wire has already been submitted and verified, contact FSB immediately. There may be a narrow window to stop it before the funds are sent.
