Frequently Asked Questions

Is Mobile Banking available for business accounts?

+

My browser saved my business banking login. Will it still work?

+

The business online banking login URL changed on June 4. Browser-saved credentials may not fill in automatically at the updated login page, so you need to know your username and password. If you do not know your password, contact Kallie Herink at 319-730-6958 to reset it.

Where do I find tax documents?

+

Tax documents are available in business online banking. After logging in, click the Accounts tab and select eStatements and Notices. From there, you can view available statements and tax documents in one place.

Does QuickBooks still sync with business online banking?

+

Yes. QuickBooks continues to sync with the updated platform. If you experience any sync issues, contact Kallie Herink directly.

How do I get access to wire requests in online banking?

+

Wire access is not added automatically. You need a wire agreement on file with FSB and a token device. Contact Kallie Herink at 319-730-6958 to get wire access added to your account. Once access is set up, you can submit wire requests through the Wires tab in online banking. FSB verifies each wire with a callback before processing.
