Nick brings experience across media, economic development and commercial banking to the conversation. A University of Northern Iowa graduate and former news anchor, he later spent 10 years leading the Marion Economic Development Corporation before returning to banking in 2023. At FSB, he focuses on business development, real estate lending, treasury management, and customer experience.
Cass leads marketing at FSB, combining strategy and creative work to support the bank's growth and community engagement. She began her career at FSB as a Marketing Specialist and returned to the Cedar Rapids area in 2022 after six years in Des Moines. She serves with the American Heart Association, Marion Chamber of Commerce, and Xavier Catholic Schools Alumni Association, and volunteers as a Girl Scout troop leader.
