Set custom account alerts to stay on top of your finances—anytime, anywhere.

Available Account Alerts:

Security: Alerts when changes are made to your online banking login or security settings.
Balance: Alerts when your balance goes above or below your custom thresholds, or on a scheduled basis.
Transactions: Alerts for deposits, withdrawals, checks, ACH, interest payments, and more.
Loans: Alerts when loan payments are due, past due, or successfully paid.
Certificates: Alerts when certificate maturities are approaching.
Other: Alerts for returned checks, rejected deposits, or FSB messages.
ACH Alerts: Alerts when ACH items are approved or modified (Business Online Only).
Certificates: Alerts when wires are submitted, rejected, or exceed limits (Business Online Only).

Ready to Set Up Your Account Alerts?

In Online Banking, click 'Alerts' in the top navigation bar. In the FSB Now app, tap 'More', then select 'Settings' > 'Alerts' to begin.

Customizable Debit Card Alerts

Stay on top of spending, spot suspicious activity, and track transactions in real time—right from the FSB Now mobile¹ app.

Available Debit Card Alerts:

Transaction Locations: Get notified when purchases happen outside of your selected regions.
Merchant Types: Set alerts for specific types of merchants (like gas stations, grocery stores, or entertainment).
Transaction Types: Choose to be alerted for in-store, online, ATM, or recurring transactions.
Spend Limits: Get a heads-up when a transaction exceeds a custom dollar limit you set.

Alerts are managed right in the FSB Cards tab of your mobile app. You can adjust your settings anytime under Manage Card > Controls & Alerts.
