Prepare for FSB's Business Online Banking Refresh

Before Go-Live: What You Need to Do

FSB's business online banking platform refreshes on Thursday, June 4, 2026. Review the checklist below and complete any steps that apply to your account before the transition window begins.

Planned downtime: Online banking access will be unavailable at 6 PM on Tuesday, June 2nd. The system is fully unavailable on June 3rd. Access returns Thursday, June 4th on the new platform.

All Business Online Banking Users

  • Know your username. The new login is username-driven with no business/personal dropdown. If you are unsure of your username, please contact Treasury Management now.
  • Know your password. Browser-saved credentials will not carry over because the login URL is changing. You need to know your password before June 4th.
  • Token users: Your password is required on your first login to reactivate your token device. Contact Treasury Management to reset it now if you do not know it.
  • Soft token (Digipass) users: You will be prompted to download an updated token app on your first login on June 4th. Follow the on-screen steps.
  • Rebuild internal transfer templates after go-live. Existing templates do not carry over. Recurring scheduled transfers are not affected and will continue automatically. Note: If someone at your business is unable to do this, please contact Treasury Management.
  • Submit any wire or transfer requests for June 3rd through 5th before the 4 PM cutoff on June 2nd.

ACH Users

Additional Steps
  • Print or save a copy of your last ACH file before June 2nd. Use it after go-live to verify that all participants and templates carried over correctly.
  • Submit any ACH files due for June 3rd or 4th by 4 PM on Tuesday, June 2nd. Files submitted by that deadline will process on schedule.
  • Recurring ACH templates are carried over by the FSB e-commerce team. On June 4th, you will need to manually initiate each recurring file one time. After that, it runs automatically as scheduled.
  • Verify your participants and templates on June 4th when access resumes. Contact Treasury Management  immediately if anything is missing or incorrect.
  • Same-day ACH fees will not be assessed during the first week after go-live to account for files delayed by the transition window.

Go-Live and Transition
Do I need a new username or password?+
Your username and password stay the same. What is changing is the login URL. Any credentials saved in your browser will not fill in automatically after the update. You need to know both your username and password before June 4th.
I use a token device. What do I need to do before go-live?+
You need to know your actual password, not just your token code. Many token users set a password once at initial setup and have not used it since. If you do not know yours, contact Kallie before June 4th to get it reset. On your first login after go-live, the system will prompt you to reactivate your token device.
What happened to the business/personal login dropdown?+
The dropdown is gone. Login is now username-driven. Whatever permissions are tied to your username determine what you can access. There is no longer a separate entry point for business versus personal.
How do I know if I am an admin user?+
Most admin users already know their status. If you are not sure, contact Kallie and she can confirm who holds admin access at your business.
I use Digipass as my soft token. What changes for me?+
Digipass users will need to download an updated version of the app. When you sign in for the first time on June 4th, the system will walk you through the required steps. No action is needed before go-live beyond knowing your password.
Will all of my accounts automatically appear after the update?+
No. You will only see accounts you currently have access to. Nothing new is added automatically. If you need access to an account that does not appear on June 4th, contact Kallie to get it set up.
Display groups are gone. How do I organize multiple entity accounts?+
Accounts are now grouped by account type automatically. Within each account type, you can set a priority order for how they appear. If you have two companies, you can place Company A's accounts at the top and Company B's below them within each type. You can also rename accounts using the account nickname feature to make them easier to identify.
Where do I find my full account number?+
Open the account and click the Details tab. You will see an option to show the full account number. This was not available in the previous version of business online banking.
Where do I find statements and tax documents?+
From the home screen, click the Accounts tab at the top and select eStatements and Notices. Tax documents are now available in business online banking for the first time. Previously, only statements were accessible.
Can I change my account nickname?+
Yes. Admin users can now change account nicknames directly in online banking. Open the account and look for the Change Account Nickname option in the account details view.
Will my existing scheduled and recurring transfers continue after June 4th?+
Yes. All existing scheduled and recurring internal transfers carry over automatically. No action is needed for those to continue.
What happens to my internal transfer templates?+
Transfer templates do not carry over. After go-live, admin users or any authorized users will need to rebuild templates and reassign them to the appropriate users. Recurring transfers themselves are not affected, only the templates used to set up restricted user access to specific transfers.
How do I edit a scheduled transfer in the new system?+
You cannot edit a scheduled transfer directly on the first change. You will need to delete it and rebuild it. Once it is rebuilt in the new system, you can edit it at any time going forward without having to delete and recreate it.
What replaced the copy-paste feature?+
Templates replace the copy-paste option and work the same way. Your template stays saved and ready every time you need to run that batch. You open it, update amounts if needed, and initiate. For a detailed walkthrough, watch the ACH video series above.
Do I need to re-enter all of my ACH participants?+
Participants in your existing templates should carry over with the templates. If the FSB e-commerce team has already built templates for your recurring files, those participants are in the system. Verify on June 4th and contact Kallie if anything is missing.
Will my recurring ACH templates carry over?+
Yes. Templates built for your recurring files will move to the updated platform. You will need to initiate each one manually the first time after go-live. After that initial run, they will process automatically as scheduled.
What should I do with my last ACH file before go-live?+
Print or save a copy of your last ACH file before the June 2nd cutoff. Use it on June 4th to compare against your templates and confirm everything carried over correctly.
When do ACH files need to be submitted ahead of the downtime?+
Submit any files due for June 3rd, 4th, or 5th by 4:00 PM on Tuesday, June 2nd. Files submitted by that deadline will process on schedule. If you have files that cannot be submitted until June 4th, contact Kallie as soon as access returns.
Will same-day ACH fees apply during the first week?+
No. FSB will not assess same-day ACH fees during the first week after go-live to account for any files that require same-day processing because of the transition window.
Will wire access automatically appear in my online banking?+
No. Wire access is not added automatically. Contact Kallie if you would like to set up wire request functionality for your account.
Does wire functionality in online banking mean I am sending wires directly?+
No. The wire feature lets you securely submit a wire request to FSB through online banking. FSB still verifies each wire with a callback before processing. The verification process does not change.
Do I need a token device for wire access?+
Yes. Wire access requires a token device, the same requirement as ACH processing. Contact Kallie to discuss setup if you do not currently have a token.
Can I now use the mobile app for business online banking?+
Yes. The updated platform includes full mobile app access for business users for the first time. Use your same business online banking username and password to log in.
What features are not available in the mobile app?+
Positive Pay and Bill Pay are not available in the mobile app. All other features, including ACH processing, wire requests, internal transfers, statements, and documents, are accessible from the app.
Do I need separate login credentials for the mobile app?+
No. Your business online banking username and password are the same for both the desktop and the mobile app. If you previously maintained a separate personal login just to use the app, you no longer need to do that.
How do I endorse a check for mobile deposit?+
Write "For mobile deposit at FSB only" on the back of the check along with your signature. Mobile deposit is designed for individual or occasional checks. If you regularly deposit multiple checks at once, remote deposit remains the better option for your workflow.
When exactly will business online banking be unavailable?+
Access turns off at 6:00 PM on Tuesday, June 2nd. Online banking is completely unavailable on Wednesday, June 3rd. The updated platform is available on the morning of Thursday, June 4th.
What happens to Positive Pay exceptions on June 3rd?+
FSB will email your exceptions directly on June 3rd. Review the email and reply with whether you want each item paid or returned. You do not need online banking access to decision your exceptions that day.
Will QuickBooks still sync after the update?+
Yes. QuickBooks will continue to sync with the updated platform. FSB has been in contact with QuickBooks ahead of the transition to confirm continuity. If you experience any sync issues after June 4th, contact Kallie.
Who do I contact if I have questions after go-live?+
Contact Kallie Herink directly at 319-730-6958 or KallieHerink@fsbmail.net. She is available to help with any questions about the new system, your account setup, or your treasury services.
