Our real-time alerts will let you know the minute something important happens on your personal and business accounts. Why is that significant? It not only allows you to set up alerts for transactions that are important to you but it also gives you the opportunity to see suspicious activity to help you mitigate fraud! 

FSB Fraud Alerts provide immediate text message notifications of unusual or potentially fraudulent activity on your account. You will be able to respond to the message in real-time, authorizing or declining the transaction before it is completed, preventing unauthorized charges from your account. 

 

Setting up alerts

Set up your eAlerts in Online Banking. You can either log in at the top of this page or enroll by clicking “Get Started” below. If you need help, use the chat button, stop in, or call us at 319-377-4891.

Alerts Available to You

For more information on the following alerts, please log in to your Online Banking and click on alerts in the top right-hand of the page. If you need additional assistance or have any questions, please reach out to a Personal Banker at 319-377-4891.

Transaction alerts

  • Transaction over or equal to threshold amount
  • ACH withdrawal (debit) over threshold amount
  • Check number XXXX cleared
  • Credit or debit transaction was posted
  • Interest was paid to an account
  • Withdrawal over threshold amount occurred
  • ACH deposit (credit) transaction
  • Any check number cleared my account
  • Recent transactions

Balance alerts

  • Account balance above or below threshold
  • Account was overdrawn
  • Scheduled balance (time of day and day of week you want to receive your balance)

Security alerts

  • Online Banking login was locked out
  • Login ID for Online Banking has changed
  • eStatement enrollment settings have changed
  • Invalid login attempt for Online Banking
The security alerts below automatically come to you via email. If you'd like to receive these alerts through a different channel, please subscribe to these alerts and select the additional channel you would like.
  • Email address was changed
  • Online Banking password was changed

Loan alerts

  • Scheduled loan payment is due
  • Payment was posted to a loan
  • Loan is past due

Certificate alerts

  • CD is approaching maturity

Other alerts

  • Check was returned
  • Deposited item returned
  • Broadcast alerts (app push notifications to keep you in the know on important notices, offers, and more!)
