  1. Log In: Access your Online Banking account
  2. Access Alerts: Click on ‘Alerts’ in the top navigation bar
  3. Set Up Alerts: Choose ‘Alert Options’ and set up your customizable alerts to fit your financial needs

For more information on the following alerts, please log in to your Online Banking and click on alerts in the top right-hand of the page. If you need additional assistance or have any questions, please reach out to a Personal Banker at 319-377-4891.

Transaction Alerts

  • Transactions above a specified threshold
  • Posted transactions
  • Check clearances (any or specific check numbers)
  • Withdrawals exceeding a threshold
  • Recent transactions (note: text alerts not available)

Balance Alerts

  • Account balance falls below a certain threshold
  • Account balance exceeds a specified threshold
  • Account overdrawn notifications
  • Scheduled balance updates

Security Alerts

  • Account balance falls below a certain threshold
  • Account balance exceeds a specified threshold
  • Account overdrawn notifications
  • Scheduled balance updates

Loan Alerts

  • Scheduled loan payment is due
  • Payment was posted to a loan
  • Loan is past due

Certificate Alerts

  • CD is approaching maturity

Transaction Alerts

  • Transaction over or equal to threshold amount
  • ACH withdrawal (debit) over threshold amount
  • Check number XXXX cleared
  • Credit or debit transaction was posted
  • Interest was paid to an account
  • Withdrawal over threshold amount occurred
  • ACH deposit (credit) transaction
  • Any check number cleared my account
  • Recent transactions

Balance Alerts

  • Account balance above or below threshold
  • Account was overdrawn
  • Scheduled balance (time of day and day of week you want to receive your balance)

Security Alerts

  • Online Banking login was locked out
  • Phone number was updated in business product
  • Invalid login attempt for Online Banking
  • Email address was changed
  • Online Banking password was changed

ACH Alerts

  • ACH transfer is approved
  • ACH transfer has been modified
  • ACH transfer is pending approval

Loan Alerts

  • Scheduled loan payment is due
  • Payment was posted to a loan
